Our cracked wheat is locally grown within 30km of our mill and processed on-site at Shackletons for maximum freshness and traceability. This whole grain product is made by coarsely grinding the entire wheat berry, delivering a hearty texture, natural flavour and full nutrition of the whole grain. Ideal for use as a topping or inclusion in breads, rolls, and speciality baked goods, it adds rustic appeal.
